About

Thirty-four years in the car business. Every one of them on your side of the desk.

Thomas King didn't come to dealer services from insurance. He came from the dealership — 34 years in the car business, including 15 years in F&I, with hands-on roles at every level of franchise stores: service, sales, and finance, across California and Nevada.

He also spent time on the other side of the transaction, at Autotrader and Edmunds — the platforms your customers use to shop you before they ever walk in. Few people in this business have stood in all three places: the service lane, the F&I box, and the screen the buyer is looking at.

That history is why CAS works the way it does. Thomas knows what a denied claim does to a service manager's week. He knows how a repair order gets written, and he knows the specific ways a submission gets kicked back. So he does what almost no agent does: he goes to the shop, sits with the service advisors, and teaches them how to submit a claim that gets paid.

He founded Comprehensive Auto Solutions in 2024 to represent programs he could stand behind, and to serve dealers the way he wished agents had served him when he was the one behind the desk. Today he is an agent for four programs — Wise, Headstart Warranty Group, Connex, and DOWC — which means the recommendation a dealer gets is driven by the store, not by a single company's product shelf.

We're here to service your account when it's important to you — not when it's important to us.

CAS serves franchise and independent dealers across California, Nevada, and Arizona. There are no account reps and no phone trees. When you call, you get Thomas — the person who will set up your program, walk your service drive, and answer at eleven at night when a claim needs a push.

Call or text. If he's with a dealer, he calls back the same day.

Bring your numbers. He'll tell you straight.

Your posted labor rate and a rough monthly contract count are enough for Thomas to show you the math for your store — not a generic pitch deck.
